Nexora Fieldwork is designed as a static editorial website. The contact and newsletter layouts shown on the site are nonfunctional demonstrations: they do not transmit form entries, create subscriptions, or store personal information. If you choose to email [email protected], your message is handled through the email service you choose to use, rather than through a website form.

It is general information about this site’s intended operation, not legal advice.
Information we may receive
The website does not ask visitors to create an account, purchase a product, or submit a working web form. If you email the editorial desk, we may receive the email address, name, message content, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information unless there is a compelling reason and an appropriate secure channel has been agreed.
Like most websites, the hosting or delivery infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to serve pages and protect the service, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, request time, referring page, and server logs. The precise information, retention, and processor arrangements depend on the hosting environment. This publication does not use that possibility as a reason to build personal profiles.
Purposes and lawful bases
If you contact us by email, the intended purpose is to read and respond to the request, address a correction, or consider a clearly stated inquiry. This static site does not intentionally set advertising cookies, build behavioural profiles, or run a newsletter system. The small theme preference is stored locally in your browser using local storage when you choose a light or dark interface; it is not sent to the editorial desk as a subscription record. The Tailwind and font resources referenced by the pages are loaded from third-party content delivery services, which may process technical request information under their own policies.
No analytics service is intentionally embedded in these files. If analytics are added in a future version, this notice should be updated before deployment to identify the service, purpose, legal basis, retention approach, and applicable choice mechanism. Visitors should check the deployed version of the notice for current practices.
Retention and sharing
Editorial correspondence is intended to be retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain an accurate record of a correction, protect rights, or meet an applicable legal obligation.
